Here with mad comment rush!

First off, really nice picture! I love the triangles that are not only around the pokemon but also the ones that drift off to the tip right corner. This is good because of the glowing light that each one gives off reflects a little light on the background. This makes the background interesting despite being rather simple. Good job on that! Something I'd suggest to better the background would be to blur it a bit more as it seems just a tad too scratchy.
Now for the character! I love it's furriness as well as it's nice, cute and interesting tail. You did the glows on it's body rather well as well as the composition. All the anatomy looks in place ^^Something I's suggest to fix this character a bit would probably to fix the shading a bit. For the most part you did good on that; it's mainly certain sections of it's head that don't seem light enough. No big deal though. I really like it's eyes as well as the expression it seems to 'take on'. Looks nice and detailed when I zoom in as well. 
Anyway, overall a very good piece of art! Keep up the good work and I hope my critique was helpful
